Central Jilin urban agglomeration is regarded as an important territory where we can solve the bubble problem of urbanization level and transfer surplus rural labor force. Based on analysis about the status quo and problem of central Jilin urban ＇agglomeration in the urbanization process, synchronously considering the situation and structure of central Jilin urban agglomeration, this paper puts forward the spatial strategy of non - equilibrium harmonious development to promote urbanization development, constructs the hierarchical system involving ＂core, assistant district, multi - assistant core＂, third class framework system of ＂T＂ figure and urban economic region system based on the core city for leading the orderly urbanization development of central Jilin urban agglomeration.
