采用溶胶凝胶法与后期煅烧处理相结合,制备了几种锂锌铁氧体材料。扫描电镜和X射线衍射研究表明,随煅烧温度的提高,材料体系的平均粒径增大至几个微米,但最终的晶相与预定结果有所差异。按Li0.35Zn0.3Fe2.35O4组分配料,并在1100℃下煅烧所得的铁氧体a1,相对于其它样品,在0.5~3GHz上具有较好的吸波性能。
Several kinds of LiZn ferrites were prepared by a combination of sol-gel with a conventional calcining method. The morphologies and microstructures of the samples were investigated by SEM and XRD. The results indicate the mean particle diameters of the material systems have increased from 100nm to 10μm. However, the final crystalline phases are different from the desired results. Compared with other samples, the ferrite al exhibits better microwave absorption properties in the frequency range of 0.5-3GHz, which was prepared in the stoichiometric composition of Li0.35Zn0.3Fe2.35O4 and calcined at 1150℃ subsequently.
