配置方案评价是产品配置设计的关键技术之一,为合理、有效地评价产品配置方案,将层次分析法、熵技术以及灰色关联理论应用于产品配置设计领域,建立了基于层次熵分析法-加权灰色关联度方法的配置方案综合评价决策模型。提出了一种定性分析与定量分析相结合,同时兼顾了指标间的关联性的综合评价方法。最后通过一实例对该方法进行了应用验证。
Evaluation of product configuration plays a very important role in product configuration design. To evaluate product configuration project more rationally and effectively, analytical hierarchy process (AHP), entropy technology and grey relation analysis were applied to product configuration design. A decision model based on AHP-en- tropy and grey conjunction degree (GCD) for configuration project evaluation is presented. A comprehensive evaluation approach is proposed which is based on qualitative and quantitative analysis and the relationship among the indices. Finally, an example was presented to verify the proposed approach.
