由于医学设备及检查形式的多样性,使放射科医师与影像工作站的交互日趋复杂,因此设计一种能够自适应医生阅片习惯的软件是一个有待解决的难题.采用C/S架构,使用V isual C++2005,DCMTK,VTK和SQL Serv-er2005开发工具,设计了一个基于D ICOM标准的医学影像工作站.此工作站让用户可以根据自己需求,动态生成用户的布局信息并存入数据库,阅片时选择相应的布局信息进行图像布局显示.本工作站能够使专科医师根据其读片习惯和不同的读片要求采用相应的图像布局规则,保证其以方便、快捷的方式进行软读片.本影像工作站在很大程度上简化了医生的操作步骤,同时有利于医师挖掘医学诊断信息,提高医生的工作效率,因此本研究对诊断数字化有着重要意义.
The multiplicity of medicine equipment and inspection forms causes the complexity of interaction between radiologists and image workstation increasingly.So designing a self-adaptive doctor reading habits software is a problem to be solved.A medical image workstation was designed based on DICOM standards,using C/S architecture and development tools of Visual C++ 2005,DCMTK,VTK and SQL Server2005.Users can dynamically generate their information of layout and deposit to the database according to their own needs.They can select relevant information of layout to display image layout when they read.With this workstation,specialists also can adopt relevant graphics layout rules to read images conveniently and quickly according to their reading habits and different requirements.This image workstation largely simplifies the operation procedures of doctors and it is helpful for physicians to excavate the medical diagnostic information and improve their efficiency.Therefore,this research has important significance for diagnosis digital.
