工作幸福感是个体对自身当前所从事工作各方面的积极评价和情感体验。对近二十年来国内外关于工作幸福感研究的文献进行系统梳理,首先,探究了工作幸福感的哲学本源、研究发展路径及研究视角,在此基础上提出整合的概念演进模型。其次,在对工作幸福感的结构与测量进行系统分析的基础上,归纳了工作幸福感测量的主要类型并对其优劣进行分析。最后,在对工作幸福感的概念内涵、外延及稳定性问题进行系统分析之后,提出从多层次和跨文化适用性的角度开展测量研究的建议,并构建了一个工作幸福感未来测量研究的发展框架。
Work well-being (WWB)or employee well-being(EWB) is an active evaluation and emotional experience of individual about all the aspects at workplace. The research of WWB/EWB in the past two decades was reviewed both conceptually and psychometrically. Previous research was analyzed in terms of philosophical origin, research development trajectory and perspectives. An integrated concept model was proposed. The main types of measurement for WWB/EWB were analyzed and the pros and cons of these measures were discussed. Suggestions for the future research were proposed in terms of clarification of the construct, rigorous measurement, cross- cultural applicability, multilevel analysis as well as a framework for measurement development.
