为了提高叶片电解加工(ECM)精度,设计了一种基于FX2N系列可编程序控制器(PLC)和AVR单片机(MCU)系统的振动进给和周期性放电控制系统。分析了该控制系统的控制要求,详细阐述了该控制系统硬件组成和相关软件的设计。试验表明该控制系统具有稳定性好、可靠性高、实时性好等优点。
In order to improve the blade machining accuracy in electrochemical machining (ECM), a vibrating feed and period- ical discharge control system based on FX2N-series PLC and AVR Microcontroller Unit (MCU) system was designed. Requirements of the control system were analyzed, and its hardware configuration and the related software design elaborated. The experiment results in- dicate that the control system has the advantages of good stability, high reliability and good real-time.
