采用机械混合法、原位反应法和共沉淀法制备低热膨胀ZrO2-ZrW2O8(质量比为2:1)复合陶瓷材料。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和热膨胀仪对合成样品的晶体结构、断面形貌和热膨胀性能进行表征。试验结果表明,不同方法合成的复合材料的组元为均为α-ZrW2O8和m—ZrO2,加入ZrW2O8后,复合材料热膨胀系数明显降低。不同制备工艺对复合材料的均一度、致密度和热膨胀系数有明显影响,其中采用共沉淀法合成的复合材料中ZrW2O8和ZrO2两种物相混合均匀,相对密度达88.91%,且颗粒细小规则,合成工艺简单。
Low thermal expansion ZrO2-ZrW2O8 (mass ratio 2 : 1)ceramic composites were synthesized using mechanical admixture,in-situ reaction and co-precipitation method. The crystal structure, section morphology and thermal expansion property of the synthesized composites were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and dilatometry. The results indicate that the obtained composites synthesized by different methods contain only α-ZrW2O8 phase and m-ZrO2 phase. The thermal expansion coefficients of the composites decrease after adding the ZrW2O8. The preparation methods are closely related to the uniformity, relative density and thermal expansion coefficient of the resulting ZrO2- ZrW2O8 composite. The phase of ZrW2O8 and ZrO2 in the composite synthesized by co-precipitation method have a fine chemical uniformity and the grain size is small and regular,the relative density of the composite is 88. 91 and the preparing process is simple.
