智能电网受到国内外的极大关注。以智能电网为代表的新能源经济时代即将到来。作为复杂大系统的智能电网涉及的因素很多,对技术、经济、社会、环境等因素都会产生相互作用和影响。概括了智能电网的主要特征和目标,从经济学的视角对中国智能电网的规划和建设进行了思考,主要从智能电网的成本效益分析、智能电网的技术创新、技术转移与技术能力建设、智能电网的产学研结合、智能电网的效率与电力体制改革、智能电网的演进与设计5个方面对智能电网作了初步分析探讨,以期对智能电网的发展有所借鉴。
Smart grid has attracted much attention all over the world. The new energy economy era as represented by smart grid is approaching. As a vast complex system, smart grid concerns many kinds of factors, such as technological, economical, social, environmental ones which interact with one another. The main features and aims of smart grid are summarized. Considerations of smart grid plan and construction in China in the perspective of economics are given. Preliminary discussion on smart grid is presented to hope be helpful for the smart grid development from five aspects, i.e. the cost-benefit analysis, the technology innovation, technology transfer and technological capability, enterprises-universities-researches cooperation, the efficiency and system reform of electric power, the evolution and devise of smart grid.
