如何提升国民金融素养,已经成为各发达国家的国家战略之一。作为高素质人群代表的大学生,近期频频爆发各类金融惨剧,表明国民的金融素养亟须提高。国内的金融素养意识目前仍处于萌芽状态,高等学校作为大学生的直接管理者与教育者,有责任及有义务在提升大学生金融素养方面做出一些尝试。因此,本文通过课程设置背景、课程教学策略、课程教学内容以及课程教学模式等四个视角的分析,探讨了在广大高等学校开设“大学生金融素养”课程的可能性与必要性。
How to improve national financial literacy has becomeone of the national strategies of developed countries.As representativesof the high-literacy group,however,college studentshave frequently encountered various financial tragedies recently,which shows that it is urgent to enhance national financial literacy.The consciousness of financial literacy has just emerged athome,so colleges and universities,as the direct administrator andeducator of college students,have the liability and responsibilityto try their best for improving college students'financial literacy.This paper analyses from such four perspectives as the backgroundof curriculum setting,teaching strategies,teaching contentsand teaching models,exploring the possibility and necessityof opening"College Student's Financial Literacy"in colleges anduniversities.
