近年来,干细胞研究在生命科学领域飞快发展,以干细胞治疗为核心的再生医学将成为继药物治疗、手术治疗后的另一种疾病治疗途径。干细胞体内示踪技术是以非侵入性方式在活体内示踪干细胞的存活、分布和功能等,其中主要包括光学成像、放射性核素显像和MRI等。多模态成像综合2种及以上成像技术,联合各成像技术的优势,更准确有效地实现干细胞活体示踪,推动干细胞研究的临床转化。笔者就多模态成像技术在干细胞研究中的应用进行综述。
In recent years, stem cell research has been developing quickly in biological science. As the key of regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy becomes another innovative treatment following drug therapy and surgery. In vivo stem cell tracking, including optical imaging, radionuclide imaging and MRI, can trace the viability, distribution and function of engrafted cells. Multimodal imaging integrates two or more types of imaging techniques to obtain the combined advantages of each technology, and therefore is a- ble to accurately and effectively trace stem cell in vivo, hopefully promoting its clinical transformation. This paper reviews the application of multimodal imaging in stem cell research.
