在详细分析单相三电平交流斩波器工作原理的基础上,研究了其控制策略。提出时钟交错定频积分控制方案,实现单相三电平交流斩波器的闭环控制。给出时钟交错定频积分控制的硬件实现方法,通过仿真和实验对其进行验证。仿真和实验结果表明,时钟交错定频积分控制方案具有控制结构简单、硬件实现容易、动态响应快、谐波品质优良和功率因数高等优点。由于无输出占空比限制,时钟交错定频积分控制的单相三电平交流斩波器可以实现输出电压的满幅调节。时钟交错定频积分控制还可以扩展到电平数更多的多电平交流斩波器中。
Based on the detailed analysis of operation principle of a single phase three-level AC chopper, its control strategy was studied. Clock-interleaved constant frequency integration control scheme was proposed to achieve the closed-loop control of single phase three-level AC chopper. The hardware implementation method of this control scheme was presented, which was validated by simulation and experiment. Simulation and experiment results prove that clock-interleaved constant frequency integration control scheme is of many advantages such as simple control structure, easy hardware implementation, fast dynamic response, perfect harmonic performance and high power factor. Due to its no duty cycle limits, clock-interleaved constant frequency integration controlled single phase three-level AC chopper can achieve full-range regulation of output voltage. Clock-interleaved constant frequency integration control can be also extended to more level AC chopper flexibly.
