Human Resource Management Information System (HRIS) plays an important role in the organization's human resource management activities. This paper demonstrates the importance of the data quality in HR1S, analyzes the problems of data quality in current system, and provides improvement measures and suggestions on data quality governance in HRIS, and thus improves the human resource management level.
