呼吸门控正电子发射型计算机断层显像/CT显像条件初探

目的建立合适的呼吸门控正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET/CT)采集条件。方法查阅文献、模拟采集和志愿者常规和呼吸门控PET/CT采集,获得采集条件和进行图像质量评价。结果呼吸门控CT管电流30mA,门控PET6min/床位采集条件下,RG图像SNR4.0±0.4与常规显像4.0±0.6,二者之间差异并没有统计学意义。志愿者37个肺部结节中,常规PET/CT观察到产生呼吸伪影的结节33个,呼吸伪影阳性率达到89%,呼吸门控PET/CT纠正伪影31个(94%),呼吸门控PET/CT观察到产生呼吸伪影的结节仅有2例,并且较常规PET/CT采集产生的伪影小。结论呼吸门控CT管电流30mA,门控PET6mir庥位采集条件下,呼吸门控采集可以得到良好的图像质量,并且达到纠正呼吸伪影的要求。

英文摘要:

Objective To study the best conditions of respiratory gated PET/CT acquisition. Methods Through literature, analog acquisition and volunteers in conventional and respiratory gated PET/CT acquisition, respiratory gated acquisition and evaluate the image quality evaluation were obtained. Results Respiratory gated CT tube current 30 mA, gated PET 6 min/ bed acquisition condition, SNR RG image 4.0±0.4 and that of conventional imaging 4.0±0.6, the difference between the two was not statistically significant. There were volunteers with 37 lung nodules, conventional PET/ CT was observed to produce respiratory artifacts were 33, the positive rate of respiratory artifacts reached 89%, respiratory gated PET/CT correction of artifacts in 31 (94%), respiratory gated PET/CT were observed to produce respir-atory artifacts nodules only in 2 cases, and compared to conventional small artifacts in PET/CT acquisition produce. Conclusion In the CT tube current 30 mA and gated PET 6 min/bed acquisition condition, respiratory gated acquisition can get good quality images, and to correct the respiratory artifacts requirements.
