目的:利用光镜及扫描电镜对金黄地鼠颊黏膜癌前病变进行组织学及超微结构观察。方法:借助DMBA建立金黄地鼠颊黏膜癌前病变动物模型,分别进行光镜、扫描电镜观察。结果:实验组在光镜下均表现为不同程度的异常增生;空白对照组在电镜下表现为细胞外形规则,表面呈蜂窝状。实验组在电镜下表现为细胞外形不规则、重叠松解;癌前病变区附近肉眼观正常黏膜组织,光镜下表现为上皮层单纯增生或角化层增厚,电镜下90%表现为蜂窝状结构大量丧失,细胞外形趋于不规则。结论:扫描电镜在口腔黏膜癌前病变的诊疗中具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective: Using light microscope and scanning electronic microscope to observe the histology and ul- tramicrostructure of premalignant lesion in the mucosa of cheek pouch in golden hamster. Methods: We established the golden hamster models of oral mucosal premaligment lesion induced by DMBA, and observed the tissue by light microscope and SEM. Results: Variable degree of epithelial dysplasia was observed under light microscope in experi- mental group. Electronic microscopic analysis showed that buccal mucosal epithelial cells were morphologically reg- ular and surface of the cells exhibited honeycomb structures in the untreated control group. Electronic microscopic analysis showed that buccal mucosal epithelial cells were morphologically irregular, overlapped and loosened in the experimental group. In the normal mucosa to be observed by gross appearance nearby premalignant lesion area, epi- thelial simple hyperplasy and euticular layer thickening was observed under light microscope. 900/00 of SEM specimen showed that honeycomb structure bulkly lost and epithelial cells were more and more morphologically irregular.
