研究了基底疏水性质对多糖薄膜致密程度的影响,将黄原胶和壳聚糖溶液分别滴加到3种具有不同疏水性质的基底上,并把不同用量的黄原胶溶液滴加在改性后的云母上,利用原子力显微镜对它们的形貌进行表征分析。实验结果表明,基底的疏水强度在黄原胶和壳聚糖的自组装过程中起着重要作用,并对最终获得的多糖薄膜性能产生调制作用,随着基底疏水强度增加,黄原胶薄膜和壳聚糖薄膜越致密,因此可以通过改变基底的疏水强度达到对薄膜致密程度的调控。
Effect of the substrates' property on the compact degree of xanthan and chitosan film was explored, negatively charged xanthan gum and positively charged chitosan were respectively transferred to substrates with different property. After dried in air, the morphologies of the polysaecharides films were studied by atomic force microscope. The experimental results show that the hydrophobicity of substrate plays an important role in the assembly process of the two used polysaccharides, especially show that the compact degree of xanthan film and chitosan film on substrate surface could be tuned by the hydrophobic strength of the substrate. The more hydrophobic the substrate is, the more compact xanthan film and ehitosan film will be.
