对大型机床零件切削数据库系统进行了需求分析,确定了系统中主要属性参量及其相互关系。提出了大型机床零件几何特征定义和尺寸特征定义。将实例和规则推理相结合,建立了基于混合推理技术的切削数据库系统。为便于检索,定义了属性的优先级。在实例推理中,确定了特定属性的局部相似度。将动力学优化技术与实例匹配相结合,寻找最优参数,增强了解决实际问题的能力。
According to the demand analyses of large machine tool parts cutting database system, the parameters of main attributes and their mutual relationships were determined in the system.The geometrical and the dimensional feature definition of large machine tool parts were presented.Based on hybrid reasoning technology which combined case-based and rule-based reasoning,a cutting database system was established.The priority of attributes was defined for fast retrieval.Local similarities of specific attributes were determined during case-based reasoning.Combining dynamics optimization technique with instance matching the optimal parameters were found.Then,the ability of the system of solving practical problems is enhanced.
