Through examining the value of the effectiveness of the key elements of university network ideological and political education,the following problems can be identified： the adaptability between the teaching staff＇s quality structure and the practical demands of network ideological and political education; the inadaptability between the openness of network practice and the students ＇ immature physical and mental development; the inadaptability between the effectiveness of education media and the advanced nature of network ideological and political education.To solve these problems and improve the quality and effectiveness of the ideological and political education,the following measures should be taken： strengthening teaching staff team building; stimulating students＇ self-education; and innovating education media.
