基于三相整流装置的谐波耦合矩阵模型,深入分析了此装置的谐波产生特性。整流装置供电电压对其谐波电流的影响可分为3个方面:基波电压的影响、与谐波电流次数相同的谐波电压的影响,以及由不同次数的谐波电压及其共轭相量产生的影响。根据整流装置谐波耦合矩阵模型的解析公式,对矩阵元素的取值规律进行了研究,分析了供电电压各部分影响的重要性,推导得出了经典的恒流源模型和诺顿等值电路模型的解析计算公式,并提出了忽略谐波电压共轭影响的简化模型。将各谐波模型应用于谐波潮流分析中,对模型的精度进行了评估,为谐波分析中三相整流装置谐波源模型的合理选择提供了理论参考。
The harmonic characteristics of the AC/DC converters are analyzed based on the harmonic coupled admittance matrix model.The harmonics generating effects of the supply voltage to the converters are composed of three parts,i.e.,the fundamental frequency voltage,the harmonic voltage with the same harmonic order as the harmonic current and the harmonic coupling effect of the converter.Based on the analytical formulas of the matrix model,the amplitudes of the matrix elements are studied.This illustrates the relative importance of the three harmonic generating components.The analytical formula for the typical constant harmonic source model and Norton equivalent circuit model are derived based on the physical significance analysis for the matrix elements.Moreover,a simplified model is proposed which ignores the effects of the harmonic voltage conjugates.Accuracy of the simplified model is evaluated by applying the models into the harmonic power flow calculation.The conclusion can be used as the theoretical foundation for the future harmonic model selection of the converter.
