总结了几种经典的冲蚀磨损理论模型,分析了各个模型的优缺点,认为至今仍没有一个公认的普遍适用的理论模型可用于预测材料的抗冲蚀性能。综述了国内外冲蚀磨损数值计算模型,发现以往的冲蚀数值模型很少涉及到温度对冲蚀的影响,对多粒子冲蚀的模拟与实际工况仍存在较大差距。介绍了冲蚀模拟中对冲蚀模拟的准确性具有至关重要作用的关键技术,包括材料本构模型、失效准则、数值计算算法,接触计算算法等,最后提出了冲蚀磨损今后的研究和发展方向。
Several classic erosion theoretical models are summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of each model are analyzed.It is considered that there is no generally accepted and universally applicable theoretical model to predict material erosion wear resistance.By analysis of the numerical erosion models at home and abroad,it is found that there are few numerical erosion models involving the effect of temperature,and there is still a wide gap between the multi-particle erosion simulation and the actual conditions.In addition,the key issues of erosion simulation including the material constitutive models,failure criteria,numerical algorithms and contact algorithms are introduced.At last,the research directions of erosion in the future are proposed.
