改革开放以来,我国区域发展战略的演变大体经历了两个阶段,即改革开放初期至20世纪90年代中后期沿海地区率先发展的不平衡发展战略实施阶段和20世纪90年代中后期开始特别是进入新世纪后的区域协调发展战略全面实施阶段。近年来,在区域协调发展战略的推动下,我国区域差距呈现缩小态势,但是区域发展仍面临诸多困境,体现在区域差距大的问题依然比较突出,提高资源在区域空间上的配置效率面临不少障碍,生产力和人口空间布局与环境生态承载力存在不协调。未来促进区域协调发展的关键在于实现效率、公平和环境友好的统一。
英文摘要：
Promoting coordinated regional development is the important content of implementing the scientific concept of development and constructing the harmonious society.It is also the major task of the constructing well-off society.But the dilemmas of coordinated regional development are that regional disparity is still outstanding and improving regional resources allocation efficiency of space is facing many obstacles.It is not coordinate between the space layout of productivity and population and environmental bearing capacity aslo.The key of promoting coordinated regional development is to the integrating of efficiency,fairness and friendly environment.
