为了解决复杂产品装配过程中信息传递效率低的问题,针对装配车间人员信息流动性强的特点,提出了一种基于移动技术的装配解决方案。该方案利用Direct Push技术建立装配指令传递机制,利用Replication技术保持车间现场与服务器之间的数据同步,通过MSMQ和XML文件对装配人员状态进行跟踪。基于该解决方案开发了面向复杂产品的移动装配系统。最后以某航空产品为例,对上述方法的有效性和实用性进行了验证。
To improve the efficiency of information transmission during the complicated product assembly process, in view of assembly worker and information with high fluidity in assembly workshop, this paper proposed an assembly solution based on mobile technology, used the direct push technology to construct the transmission mechanism of the assembly instructions in the solution, and adopted replication to keep the data synchronization between workshop and data server, and introduced MSMQ and XML files to track the status of assembly worker. Develeped the mobile assembly system based on the solution. Analyzed the validity and practicability of the method above by a practical aviation products example in the end.
