树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)是体内最重要的专职抗原递呈细胞,具有刺激初始型T细胞增殖,启动机体免疫反应并决定免疫应答方向的功能。人白细胞抗原-G(human leukocyte antigen-G,HLA-G)属于非经典的HLA-I类分子,能够调控DC的细胞表型和细胞因子表达谱,诱导DC获得致免疫耐受功能。耐受型DC呈现未成熟或半成熟样,释放IL-10等抑制性细胞因子和表达免疫球蛋白样转录受体4(immunoglobulin-like transcript 4,ILT4)等HLA-G受体,继而诱导产生调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)。对HLA-G诱导产生耐受型DC细胞及其免疫学功能作一综述。
Dendritic cells(DC) are the most important professional antigen presenting cells(APCs),which have the functions of stimulating the proliferation of na?ve T cells,initiating immune response,and inducing immunity or immunologic tolerance.Human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-G,a non-classical HLA class I molecule,is involved in the generation of tolerogenic DCs,which express high levels of immunoglobulin-like transcript(ILT)-4,secrete high amounts of IL-10,and induce allospecific regulatory T cells(Treg) in vivo and in vitro.In the present review,we discuss current findings on the functional plasticity of tolerogenic DC induced by HLA-G.
