通过力学试验对玉米植株的生物力学特性进行了研究,测定果穗与茎秆的连接强度、茎秆轴向拉伸强度、弹性模量及轴向压缩强度,通过数字散斑相关方法测定茎秆的泊松比,限于试验条件其他指标无法测定。从试验结果分析可知,果穗与茎秆连接强度远远低于玉米茎秆的轴向拉伸强度,从数据上说明玉米收获机摘穗作业的原理。玉米茎秆材料为非均质、各向异性、近似线弹脆性的复合材料,玉米节对玉米茎秆的力学性能影响较大。
In this article, the biomechanical characteristics of maize plants is studied through mechanics test, connection strength of maize ear and stem, stem the axial tensile strength and elastic modulus, axial compression strength is tested. Through the digital speckle correlation method to determine the poison's ratio stem. Limited to experimental conditions, other indicators can not be measured. From the test result analysis, maize ear and stem connection strength is much lower than the axial tensile strength of maize stalks, the data stated on the principle of removable ear operation of maize harvester. Maize stalks material is heterogeneity, anisotropy and approximate linear elastic brittle composite materials, maize section have greater effects on the mechanical properties of maize stalk.
