提出一种适用于有源钳位正反激电路的新型同步整流混合驱动方案,其中整流同步管SR1采用电流型驱动,续流同步管SR2是由变压器第三绕组的电压型驱动。采用这种新型的混合驱动技术,传统的同步整流驱动技术引起的同步整流管的体二极管导通问题可以得到解决,变流器的效率得到了明显提高。对此新型混合驱动技术进行详细的理论分析,并且制作一台36~72V输入、1V/30A输出的250kHz直流–直流变流器实验室样机对理论分析加以实验验证。
A third-winding and current-driven hybrid driving scheme for synchronous rectifiers(SRs) of active clamped forward-flyback converter was proposed and analyzed in this paper.The rectifier MOSFET SR1 is driven by a current-driven scheme and the freewheeling MOSFET SR2 is driven by a third winding of transformer.With this new hybrid driving scheme,the body diode conduction issue of SRs can almost be eliminated and hence efficiency of the converter can be greatly improved.Theoretical analysis was presented and verified by a lab-made 250 kHz DC-DC experimental prototype with 36~72 V input and 1 V/30 A output.
