针对大批量定制生产模式对质量控制的新要求,提出了面向大批量定制的质量控制体系结构.以质量特性为中心,论述了从客户需求到反映设计制造需求的质量特性的转换过程,给出了质量评价指标和评价方法,根据评价指标获得最优质量特性,并评价其是否达到最大客户满意度;采用了统计过程调整(SPA)作为面向大批量定制质量控制的方法,进行持续质量改进;结合某制造企业生产实际,运用Genexus开发工具编制了一套面向大批量定制企业的质量控制系统,实际应用表明,该方法可有效地以高质量、低成本、短交货期向客户提供个性化的定制产品和服务,最大程度地满足了客户的需求.
The architecture of quality control oriented to mass customization (MC) was proposed in order to meet the new requirements of MC. Focusing on quality characteristics, the transition between custom requirements and quality characteristics reflection on the demand of design and manufacturing was described in detail. The optimal quality characteristics were obtained according to evaluation indexes and evaluated whether the maximum customer satisfaction was achieved. The continuous quality improvement was conducted by using the statistical process adjustment (SPA) as the method of quality control oriented to MC. The quality control system was developed by Genexus, and the application of it indicates that the method can provide the personalized customization products and services with high quality, low cost and short due date, and meet the customer satisfaction to a greatest extent.
