This paper summarizes the passive model of national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition,and builds the model of information resources acquisition costs based on the passive model of national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition by obtaining the cost function of unit information mount and information function.With the 21 cities in Guangdong Province as samples,this paper calculates the national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition costs of these cities,refers the characteristics of national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition costs,and proposes policies to reduce the national strategic decision-making information resources acquisition costs.
