研究了索氏提取和超声波提取这两种方法提取土壤中的多氯联苯(PCBs),从回收率和质谱图两方面来说明两种提取方法的差别。结果表明,超声波提取的回收率高于索氏提取的回收率,PCB3、PCB4的回收率大于80%,PCB2、PCB5的回收率接近70%。另外,超声波提取的质谱图干扰峰比较少,易于图谱分析,因此,在土壤中提取多氯联苯,超声波提取优于索氏提取。
Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction were used to extract PCBs from contaminated soil, and the difference of the two extraction methods were illustrated by the recovery of PCBs and mass spectrum chart. The results showed that the recovery of PCBs by ultrasonic extraction was higher than that of soxhlet extraction, and the recovery of PCB3 and PCB4 was more than 80%, as well as it was near to 70% for PCB2 and PCB5. In addition, when the PCBs were extracted under the ultrasonic extraction, the interference peaks in mass spectrum chart were less than soxhlet method. Therefore, the ultrasonic extraction was more effective compared with Soxhlet when extracting PCBs from soil.
