通过对水灰比为0.4、0.5、0.6的水泥砂浆和粉煤灰掺量为20%、30%、40%的粉煤灰砂浆试件进行冻融试验,研究了砂浆力学性能(质量、动弹模量、抗压强度等)随冻融循环次数的增加退化的影响因素。其试验结果表明:砂浆的抗冻性能随水灰比的增大会略有降低,随粉煤灰掺量的增加,其抗压强度降低较为明显,但相对幅度降低并不明显。基于试验与已有研究成果,提出了冻融试验作用下棱柱体砂浆动弹模量和抗压强度劣化模型,该模型考虑了水灰比和粉煤灰含量的变化,经验证该模型具有较好的适用性与精确性。
Based on freezing-thawing cycle tests with the mortar of water cement ratio of 0.4,0.5,0.6 and fly ash of 20%, 30%, 40%, the main effects were studied for the mechanical properties of mortar( quality,dynamic elastic modulus,compressive strength) with freezing-thawing cycles increasing.The results show that frost resistance of mortar will increase slightly with the water cement ratio increasing,when the amount of fly increases, the frost resistance decreases obviously,but the decrease of relative range is not significant.Based on the test and the existing research results, the damage model of dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength proposed the freezing-thawing considering the water cement ratio and content of fly ash in the freezing-thawing cycle were proposed with good applicability and high accuracy to the model.
