目的:探讨原发性肝癌(HCC)组织中SOX7mRNA的表达及意义。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR检测SOX7mRNA在7种肝癌细胞系(HepG2、SNU449、SNU182、SMMC-7721、HUH-7、PLC-PRF-5及Hep3B)和40例HCC及其配对癌旁正常肝组织中的表达。结果:肝癌细胞系中SOX7mRNA低表达或者不表达。HCC组织中SOX7mR-NA表达水平为(1.189±1.213),正常肝组织中为(1.821±1.718),HCC组织中的表达水平较正常肝组织降低(t=2.040,P=0.048)。SOX7mRNA的表达与HCC患者的临床分期有关(Z=2.158,P=0.031)。结论:SOX7mRNA表达下调与HCC的发生发展有关。
Aim:To investigate the expression of SOX7 mRNA in parimay hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissue.Methods:The expression level of SOX7 mRNA in 7 hepatocarcinoma cell lines(HepG2,SNU449,SNU182,SMMC-7721,HUH-7,PLC-PRF-5 and Hep3B),40 cases of HCC and the matched adjacent normal hepatic tissue was detected using Real-time PCR assay.Results:The expression level of SOX7 mRNA in 7 HCC cell lines was low.The expression level of SOX7 mRNA was (1.189±1.213)in HCC tissue,significantly lower than (1.821±1.718) in the normal tissue(t=2.040,P=0.048).The SOX7 mRNA expression level was associated with the clinical stage(Z=2.158,P=0.031) of HCC patients.Conclusion:Down-regulation of SOX7 expression may be involved in carcinogenesis and development of HCC.
