在真空密闭、离心旋转、高温等生产条件下熔模铸造钛合金,采用热电偶和采集仪表完成钛合金浇注过程温度场的直接测定。可获得钛合金浇注温度、冷却速度、充型时间和金属液流经整个浇注系统温度损失值等数据,丰富钛合金熔模铸造领域的实测数据,为浇注系统的工艺设计、数值模拟技术参数的确定以及钛合金充型凝固研究提供参考。
Combined with titanium investment casting in actual operating conditions,the temperature field in the process of titanium casting in a vacuum,enclosing,centrifugal and high temperature environment was measured by the thermo-coupler and data analysis.A series of relevant data in titanium investment casting process was presented,such as pouring temperature,cooling speed and filling time of the liquid metal,the heat loss when the molten metal poured into the gating system.With the help of the research result,reliable information can be provided for the design of the gating system.The data and method can be applied in the numerical simulations to get a more accurate result or applied in the further theoretical analysis of the titanium alloy.
