以涤纶长丝和生物可降解的聚己内酯(PCL)为原料,通过静电纺丝技术制备了不同浓度的PCL纳米纤维/涤纶包缠 纱。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、单纱强力仪等仪器,测试观察了纳米纤维包缠纱的微观结构、机械拉伸性能、芯吸性能和回潮率。结果表明,纳米纤维完全包缠在涤纶长丝表面,且随着PCL溶液浓度的增加,纳米纤维的直径也增加。另 外,由于纳米纤维的存在,PCL纳米纤维包缠纱的机械拉伸性能、芯吸性能和回潮率都优于纯涤纶长丝;但随着溶液浓度的增加,纳米纤维包缠纱的芯吸性能和回潮率略有降低。
Polyester filament yarn and polycaprolactone (PCL) are selected as raw materials to prapare PCL nanofibers/polyesterfilament fascinated yarns by electrospinning. The morphologies, tensile properties, wicking behavior and moisture regain of PCL nanofiberfascinated yamsare tested using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , yarn strength tester, capillary tester and drying oven. The results showthat the surface of polyester filament is completely wrapped by PCL nanofibers, and the diameter of nanofibers increases with the increase ofsolution concentration. In addition, the tensile properties, wicking height and moisture regain of PCL nanofiber fascinated yarns are higherthan those of polyester yarn because of the presence of nanofibers. However, the wicking height and moisture regain of PCL nanofiberfascinated yarns decreases slightly with the increase of solution concentration.
