In order to promote the development of reform of the new physical education curriculum, this paper uses the method of literature data method, practical experience summary and expert interview and uses expert, the scholar and the first teachers＇ views and case, which is from the Angle of P.E. curricular resources. The result shows that the exploitation and the use of Physical education curriculum resources make the sports teaching characteristics rich in ten years the exploitation and use of Physical education curriculum resources raised sports teaching effect.
