提出了基于可调节参数的产品族设计多阶段方法。利用产品族通用性最大化设计方案以及各变形产品单独优化设计方案中所隐含的相关设计信息,将产品族全局优化设计所要求的通用性最大和性能损失最小这样两个相互冲突的目标进行合理分解,得到了两者相平衡的多阶段方法。通过通用电机产品族实例验证了该方法的有效性。
A multi-stage method was presented for scale-based product family design.By utilizing the optimization design results both from maximizing the commonality of the product family and designing the individual product variant,the two conflict objects of product family global optimization,which include commonality maximization and performance lose minimization,were decomposed reasonably.Then,the multi-stage method to balance these two objects was obtained.Finally,the effectiveness of this method was verified by an example of universal electric motors product family design.
