合作方文化冲突是导致产学研合作项目失败的根源,契约是促进多元文化协同的重要保障。以215个产学研协同创新项目为样本,实证研究了显性契约、关系契约、心理契约与多元文化协同中的职业准则协同、行为规范协同、价值观念协同间的不同关系。结果表明,三维契约与多元文化协同显著正相关。其中,心理契约与职业准则协同、行为规范协同、价值观念协同显著正相关,关系契约与价值观念协同显著正相关,显性契约与职业准则协同、行为规范协同、价值观念协同显著正相关;关系契约与职业准则协同和行为规范协同关系不显著。
Agreement and cultural synergy are important factors affecting the success of the collaborative innovation projects.215 samples from collaborative innovation projects are analyzed of the relationship between agreement like as the explicit contract,relational agreement,psychological agreement and multi-culture synergy in the professional principle,behavior norms,value.The research results show that the relationship between the three-dimensional agreement and the multi-culture synergy is a significant positive correlation.Among them,the psychological agreement and the professional principle,the behavior norms,the value is positive correlation;the relational agreement and the value is positive correlation;the explicit contract and the professional principle,the behavior norms,value is positive correlation;the relational agreement and the professional principle,the behavior norms is not significant correlation.
