首先分析了碳纤维薄板(Carbon Fiber Laminates简称CFL)加固梁在静载作用下的变形,提出了静载下加固梁挠度的计算公式,该公式在表达方式上与普通钢筋混凝土梁的截面计算刚度相似,同时与试验结果比较具有较高精度。在疲劳载荷下加固梁的疲劳变形分为3个阶段:快速增长、平稳增加和失稳扩展。残余挠度也随循环次数的增加而增加,初期和后期增长快,而中间阶段发展较慢。通过考虑试验梁在疲劳荷载作用下的残余变形和瞬时变形,运用递推的方法,提出了在常幅和随机载荷下,碳纤维薄板加固梁挠度的计算公式。通过与试验结果的对比表明,计算结果能够很好地反映梁的挠度变化趋势。
The deformation of beams strengthened with carbon fiber laminates (CFL) under static loads was analyzed and the calculation formula of deformation was given. This formula is similar in the form of the section stiffness formula of RC beams and has higher precision compared with experiment results, The deformation of the strengthened beams under fatigue loads consists of rapid growth, stable increase and unstable propagation. Residual deformation also increases with the increase of cycles. It grows fast at early stage and last Stage and slowly at middle stage. Considering the effect of residual deformation and instantaneous deformation of the beams and using the recurrence method, the calculation formula of the deformation of the beams strengthened with CFL under the constant amplitude and random load was put forward. Comparing with testing results, the calculate results perfectly meet the changing trend of the beam deformation.
