Selecting the right partners is the basis to ensure effective operation of the innovation ecosystem in hi-tech enterprises. The main factors affecting partner selection of innovation ecosystem include technical R＆D capabilities,technical standardization capa- bilities, user base scale and market position, technical resources complementarity, and partners compatibility, reputation and trust. The corresponding comprehensive evaluation index system is devised, and then some issues are put forward for further research.
