目的:研究温变周期、盐分和储藏时间对刚毛柽柳种子萌发的影响。方法:利用不同温变周期,不同浓度№Q溶液,储竣时间等处理对刚毛柽柳种子进行萌发试验,测定其萌发率和萌发速度。结果:在5/15℃、5/25℃、15/25℃和25/35℃(暗/光=12h/12h)四个温变周期下,刚毛柽柳种子的萌发率均大于90%;在5/25℃、15/25℃和25/35℃三个温变周期下,刚毛柽柳种子萌发迅速,初始萌发时间均仅为10h;低浓度的NaCl溶液(≤0.60mol/L)促进种子萌发,高于1.00mol/L浓度的NaCl溶液抑制种子萌发,当农度增高至1.40mol/L时,种子萌发率降低为0;将在NaCl溶液中处理8d未萌发的种子转移至蒸馏水中后,原来较高浓度(≥0.80mol/L)处理的种子具有较高的萌发恢复率(〉70%);种子寿命约11个月。结论:温变周期25/35℃(暗/光=12/12h),低浓度的NaCl溶液(≤0.60mol/L)最适宜刚毛柽柳种子的萌发。
Objective: The effects of thermoperiods, salinity and storage time on seed germination of Tamarix hispida were studied. Method: The germination of Tamarix hispida seed was tested under following conditions: treatments under different thermoperiods, different concentrations of NaCl treatment, and storage time. Result: The Tamarix hispida seed germinate percentage was basically more than 90% at four different thermoperiods (5/15℃, 5/25℃, 15/25℃ and 25/35℃ ). At three different themloperiods (5/25℃, 15/25℃ and 25/35℃), seeds consistently germinated faster, the initial gemaination time was only 10h. The seed germination was promoted by NaCl at concentrations below 0.60mol/L, but it was signiiicandy decreased by NaCl at higher concentrations above 1.00mol/L, even fell to nearly 0 when NaCl solution concentration was 1.40mol/L. Seeds that were incubated in NaCl solution for 8 days recovered after being transferred to distilled water and the pereemage of recovery from high salinity concentrations was higher than low concentrations. The seed viability lasted for about 11 months. Conclusion: Concentrations of NaCl below 0.60mol/L and thermoperiod 25/35℃ were the most suitable parameters for the seed germination of Tamarix hispida.
