"开放教育资源""微课""翻转课堂"显著地推动教学模式和教学方式的变革。教师教育课程作为培养现代教师的主要手段,理所当然要积极回应这种变革。研究在分析开放资源对教师教育特殊价值的基础上,以"有效教学"课程为例,探讨教师教育课程开放资源的建设经验及开放资源支持下的翻转课堂教学模式,并与传统课堂教学对比分析其有效性。结果表明:基于开放资源的翻转课堂有助于激发与维持学生自主学习和课堂参与的动机,促进学生对知识的深层建构与迁移应用,培养学生语言表达能力和合作交流能力。开放资源及其支持下的翻转课堂对资源建设者的专业素养、授课教师的教学能力和学习者的自主学习能力提出更高的要求。
Open education resources,micro-lecture and flipped classroom,have dramatically promoted the reform of teaching models and teaching methods. As the main way to cultivate modern teachers,teacher education curriculum should actively respond to the reform. Based on the analysis of the special values of open resources,this paper explores the construction experience of open resources of the teacher education curriculum and flipped classroom teaching mode supported by open resources,and examines,by taking the curriculum of effective teaching as the example,its effectiveness by comparing it with the traditional classroom teaching. The result shows that the flipped classroom can help to stimulate and maintain the motivation of autonomous learning and students' class participation,promote students' deep construction and migration application of knowledge,and cultivates students' abilities of language expression and cooperation and communication. At the same time,open resources and the flipped classroom means higher requirements of resource builders' professional qualities,teachers' teaching abilities,and learners' autonomy.
