为提高旋流泵的扬程与效率,进行了高低折边叶片对旋流泵性能影响的数值模拟与试验研究。通过3种不同叶片的水力性能对比,分析了高低折边叶片对旋流泵性能的影响。选用Pro/E造型,采用非结构化网格,把旋流泵无叶腔和叶轮作为一个整体来模拟旋流泵内部三维不可压湍流场。计算结果表明:旋流泵内部存在较强的纵向旋涡和轴向旋涡,高低叶片和折边叶片可以改善旋流泵内部流动情况,提高旋流泵的扬程与效率;在模拟的基础上,进行了试验研究,试验证明了模拟结果的正确性,高低叶片效率提高约3%,高低折边叶片效率提高约2%。
In order to improves head and efficiency of vortex pump,numerical simulation and experimental research on optimum efficiency of vortex pump was done.Something was getted by contrasting performance of three kind blades that are different.The model was designed by Pro/E considering impeller and volute as a whole and use unstructured grid generation technique.The numerical results by contrasting the calculated values of three kind blades show that: The internal flow includes portrait vortices and Axial vortices.High-low blade and hem can improve the complexion of flow inside of the pump and improves head and efficiency of vortex pump.The influence of high-low blade and hem on Vortex pump's performance were discussed,the experimental results show that the efficiency of High-low blade was increased by 3% and the efficiency of High-lowhem blade was increased by 2%.Research shows that: high-low blade can reduce the losse of hydraulic.
