基因表达式编程(GEP)不仅具有重组、变异等遗传算子,而且还引入了RIS、IS转座等更为复杂的遗传算子,这些算子概率的选取不同会对算法性能产生较大的影响,基于此,在以前所得理论成果基础上,通过大量实验研究了重组、变异、转座等遗传算子对GEP时间复杂性的影响.
Gene Expression Programming has not only some common operators such as recom- bination and mutation operators but also some more complex operators such as RIS and IS transposi- tion operators. The probabilities of these operators will influence the performance of the algorithm. Based on the obtained theoretical results, the influence of recombination, mutation and transposi- tion operators on the time complexity of GEP is analyzed by a large number of experiments.
