本文基于福建近年新建住宅的调查调查结果,提取了1梯2户住宅的模式;根据这种模式和现有节能标准,构建了2单元6层住宅,并用软件模拟分析了其在福建典型气候区适时通风与非适时通风的能耗状况。模拟分析表明:(1)无论气候区如何,通风是否适时,住宅南北向布置时能耗最小,而东西向布置时能耗最大;(2)适时通风的节能效果与地区气候有关,但在同一气候区就节能率而言几乎不受朝向的影响。(3)与不利用适时通风的能耗相比,适时通风可使模拟住宅夏季空调负荷在厦门地区下降49%,在福州地区降低34%,在南平地区降低55%。

英文摘要:

The factors such as room size,room orientation and others were first surveyed for residential buildings built recent years in Fujian province,and then,based on the surveyed results,the general pattern of 1 ladder 2 households for residence was advanced.Finally,according to the general pattern and the codes of energy efficiency of building,a plate residence with 2 units and 6 stories was modeled,and its energy consumption was simulated with/without the appropriate ventilation in the typical climate zone of Fujian province.Simulation results show that:(1)No matter how the climate zone and no matter whether ventilation in due time,the energy consumption of the plate residence is minimum when it is faced to south/north,and is maximum when it is in east/west orientation;(2)The energy saving potential by the ventilation in due time is relationship with the regional climate,but in same climate it is almost constant for different orientation;(3)The energy-saving rate of air-conditionning consumption by the ventilation in due time for the simulated residence is 49% in Xiamen,34% in Fuzhou,and 55% in Nanping.
