A danger source identification would be the safety management base of all enterprises. Based on the explanation on the micro-macro work of the danger source identification,the paper in detail discussed the advantages and disadvantages of five identification top-lever design logic,including the accident type,professional specialty,business procedure,department places and related safety standards. According to the requirements of the safety management information system of the enterprises,the paper discussed the application of the danger source identification work and the management information system in combined with the design of the danger source code and system and provided the solution idea of the danger source specialty modular and the procedure modular as well as the problems to be solved in the next stage.
