[目的/意义]企业往往通过环境扫描来寻找和收集与外部环境及其变化相关的信息,从而对其未来行动起到指导作用。随着经济的不断发展,企业管理者对于环境扫描行为也越来越重视。[方法/过程]对环境扫描的相关文献进行了梳理,对其概念和内涵进行了辨析,并对环境扫描的层次、维度划分与相关变量进行了研究。[结果/结论]在对已有环境扫描相关研究梳理的基础上,指出了现有研究存在的不足,并对未来的环境扫描研究提供了新的研究方向。
[ Purpose/Sigulficance ] Companies often use environmental scanning to find and collect information related to the external environment and its changes, in order to guide their future development. With the development of the economy, managers increasingly pay more attention to environmental scanning behavior. [ Method/Process ] This paper conducts a literature review of environmental scanning, to define and differentiate its conception and meaning, and studies the levels, dimensions and related variables of environmental scanning. [ Result/Conclusion] The limitations of the existing research and new directions for future research are pointed out at last.
