介绍了Si4133双波段射频合成芯片的工作原理,设计并实现了基于Si4133的射频链路收发信机系统中的频率合成器。该频率合成器集成度高,抗干扰性强,频率稳定性好,可采用单片机编程控制频率的变化。其相位噪声在340MHz处达到-102.61dBc/Hz@1kHz、680MHz处达到-94.75dB/Hz@1kHz,杂散抑制度达到77dBc。通过实际应用证明了该频率合成器能够良好地满足OFDM多载波高速图像传输系统的要求。
Presents the working principle of Si4133 dual- band RF .synthesizer. A frequency synthesizer based on Si4133 is designed and implemented. The frequency synthesizer is high integrated, anti- jamming level and frequency stability. It can control the change of frequency using the single chip programmed. The reference spurs at an offset of 1 kHz are as low as 77dBe and the phase noise at an offset of I kHz are lower than- 102.61 dB / Hz in 340 MHz and - 94.75 dB / Hz in 680MHz for the entire tuning range. The implemented results indicate that the frequency synthesizer can meet the requirement of OFDM multi - carrier high speed image transmission system.
