采用直流电铸法在氨基磺酸盐铸液中电铸制备镍药型罩,利用光学显微镜(0M)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析技术对其组织结构进行观察和分析,结果表明,所制备药型罩表面质量良好,铸层晶粒沿罩的壁厚方向呈柱状生长,在铸层的法线方向存在〈111〉丝织构。铸层镍的纯度不小于99.96%,含硫量为0.0056%。铸层内部存在镍的硫化物夹杂和大量位错。
Nickel shaped charge liners are prepared with electroforming technique from sulfamate by direct current method. The microstructure and micro-texture are analyzed using optical microscope(OM), X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope(TEM) techniques. Experimental results indicate that the shaped charge liners have a good surface quality. The grains of the as-electroformed nickel take a shape of columnar with the long axis parallel to the growth direction of the grains. There exists preferred crystal orientation for the grains of the as-electroformed nickel. A fiber texture of 〈111〉 along the growth direction of grains in as-electroformed nickel is detected using electron backscattering pattern(EBSP) technique. The purity of electroformed nickel is not less than 99. 96%, and the content of sulfur is 0. 0056%. Many crystal defects like dislocations exist in the as-electroformed nickel.
