针对无线传感器网络中节点能耗不平衡导致系统生存时间缩短的问题,提出了一种无线传感器网络的非均匀节能分簇(UEEC)模型。UEEC通过自组织的方式和对簇头的动态选择,在靠近sink点(基站)的地方形成较小的簇,在远离sink点的地方形成较大的簇,从而使簇头能够对信息收集能耗与信息转发能耗进行平衡。同时,簇头的动态选举又能够把能耗平均分散在各个节点上。仿真结果表明,UEEC在减少与平衡无线传感器网络的节点能耗上有较好的性能,从而能够延长无线传感器网络的生存时间。
Considering that the lifetime drop of a wireless sensor network is mainly due to the unbalance of energy consumption of its nodes, the paper proposes an uneven energy-efficient clustering (UEEC) model for wireless sensor networks. In the UEEC model, nodes near a sink node are formed into small clusters and nodes far away from the sink are formed into large clusters by the self-organized manner and dynamic election of cluster headers, thus giving cluster headers the ability to balance the energy consumption between information collection and information transmission. Furthermore, the dynamic election of cluster headers can disperse the energy consumption into each node. The results of simulation show that the UEEC network has better capability for reducing and balancing the energy consumption of nodes in wireless sensor networks, so the lifetime of the networks can be extended.
