聚苯硫酸妙聚四氟乙烯(PPS/PTFE)高温过滤材料被广泛应用于工业除尘领域,但目前的检测方法并不适用于对该滤料成分的定量分析。利用差示扫描量热技术,对PPS、PTFE及其复合材料的热性能进行测试。通过研究不同DSC条件下各组分的熔融热焓变化规律确定最佳测试方法:取样品10mg,380℃温度下消除热历史后,以20℃/min的速率降温至室温,再以20℃/min的速率升温至样品熔融,记录二次升温熔融热焓。研究各组分含量与其对应熔融热焓的关系,计算得出经验公式,最终确定了PPS/PTFE高温过滤材料中各组分的定量分析方法。
PPS/PTFE heat-resistant filter material is widely used in industrial dust control, but there is no suitable quantitative analysis method of the component content for such materials. Differential scanning calorimetry has been used to invest the thermal properties of PPS, PTFE and its composites. By studying melting enthalpy change rule of each composition under different DSC conditions, the optimum testing method is determined as: sample 10mg, eliminating thermal history at 380℃, cooling to room temperature at a rate of about 20℃/min, rising at a rate of 20℃/min to sample me|ring, and recording the secondary heating melting enthalpy. The relationship between the content and the corresponding enthalpy is studied and experience formula is worked out by calculation. Finally, the quantitative analysis method of the components in the PPS/PTFE heat-resistant filter material is determined.
