以中国知网检索到的2009~2013年《管理科学》期刊发表的论文为数据源,构建该期刊有权与无权作者合著网络,利用社会网络分析方法来探讨该期刊近5年的论文合著情况。研究发现,虽然该合著网络比较松散,但成分内部联系紧密,大多以地域便利形成聚集;该合著网络稳健性较强,发展比较成熟;网络的核心结点发文数量较多,若与更多的作者产生联系,则更有利于合著的发展。另外,分析了有权与无权条件下该期刊合著网络属性的不同。同时为该期刊的进一步发展提出了一些建议,也为该领域的科研合作提供了借鉴。

No weights and weights co - author network is set up with the data sources of papers published in Management and Science Journal from 2009 to 2013. Social network analysis method is used to study the co-authorship of the papers. It is founded that the structure of the co-author network is fairly loose, while it is close in the internal connection. It is gathered for the geographical convenience. The robust- ness of the co-author network is strong and mature. Core network node authors have more papers. It is more conducive to the development of the co-author network if they produce more contact with other authors. Difference properties between the no weights and weights co-author network are analyzed. Some suggestions are offered for the further development of the journal. Reference is provided for the cooperation of the scientific research in this field.
