In view that there are lots of information barriers among university technology transfer, a technology transfer center system of hnaiyin institute of technology was designed and developed. The system contains patent information, talent information, cooperative enterprise information and some other information. The system is an important platform to expand common technology development and diffusion, and also to accelerate the change of scientific and technological achievements and the transfer of Technology. This paper describes in detail the design idea and implementation method of the system.
