采用室内加速试验与室外自然暴露试验相结合的方法,对北方寒冷地区混凝土运煤栈桥结构的抗冻性能及剩余寿命的预测进行了研究,分析了冻融对混凝土动弹性模量、质量、抗压强度的影响,并讨论了3种不同阻断剂对混凝土冻融损伤的影响规律,提出一种提高抗冻性能的最优方法。根据现场调查结果与试验结果,建立了室内加速冻融试验与室外自然暴露试验之间的定量关系,对寒冷地区运煤栈桥结构的冻融寿命进行合理预测,为栈桥的安全使用提供科学依据。
It studied the frost resistance and residual life prediction of coal trestle of concrete structure by the combination of three methods including durability testing, lab accelerated testing,natural exposure testing.The influence of freeze-thaw on dynamic elastic modulus, mass, compressive strength of concrete was analyzed, and the influence law of three blocking agent on freeze-thaw damage of concrete was discussed.According to the investigation results and the experiment results, quantitative relation between lab accelerated testing and natural exposure testing was established, the freeze-thaw life of coal trestle structure in cold regions was predicted to provide scientific basis for safe operation of coal trestle.
